This is the most common frustration that I’ve seen in many times. The women that I work with do amazing in the job, they’re amazing on their progress, but they’re held back.

And it’s as if it’s completely out of their hands. Their mind is going crazy. They feel exhausted, and they just wish there was an easier way. More, all the progress they make, is completely overridden because their mind is driving them to eat and eat. And they just can’t seem to stop!
